How to retrieve a Certificate of Completion

If you are an individual user on the Fidelity Platform, you can retrieve your certificate for any courses you’ve completed by following these steps: 

  1. Log in to the platform. 
  2. Select the Learning Library.
  3. Select the course you want to retrieve the certificate for.
  4. Scroll down and select “Module certificate” (as circled in the image below). 
  5. Once the certificate is displayed, select the dropdown to choose the proper accreditation for the certificate
  6. Once selected, you may print or download the certificate. 



If you are a Team Administrator on the Fidelity Platform, you can retrieve certificates for individual users by following the steps below: 

  1. Select “Team Management” from the sidebar navigation.
  2. Select Users. 
  3. Select the name of the user for which you wish to download the certificate. 


For any course they’ve completed, you will see the download icon with an arrow, as shown below, to download and/or print their certificate.
