How to Reset your Password

If your password is not working, or you forgot your password, you can select “Forgot Password.”


 

Enter the email address you used to register and select “Send Instructions” to reset your password. Then, check your inbox for an email from Fidelity Platform with the subject line, “So you forgot your password…”. Select the “Reset my password” link provided in the email.


Follow the prompts to reset your password. Once reset, you will be prompted to sign in to the platform. 


If after following the steps above, you are still unable to log in to the platform, please  notify your organization’s internal account administrator (if you are not the administrator), to submit a support ticket, call, or email our technical support team.
