- If you are a new user on the Fidelity Platform, you will receive an email inviting you to create your account. The email will come from “Fidelity Platform” with the corresponding email address as@changecompanies.net. The subject of the email will read “You’ve been invited to the Fidelity Platform.” Click on the Get Started link in the email:
Next, you will be asked to set up a profile and create a password. Click the “Create Account” button to complete the set-up of your account. You will then be prompted to sign in to the platform with your email address and the password you just created.
